During this call, you can help me to understand the nature of your current concerns as well as some of the changes you are hoping to see in your life. At the end of this call, we can discuss whether therapy is the best option for achieving your goals and what other options may be open to you. If it seems that therapy would be beneficial, I will invite you to schedule a face-to-face session where we can better determine the goals and duration of your therapy.
If you are looking for Spiritual Direction, I also provide complimentary 20-minute consultations that help me understand your goals and match you to a local director whose life experiences and interests fit your needs.
